West 17th とDunbar のレンタルハウス入居者募集です。
この度、４部屋とベースメント（地下一階）の入居者を募集致します。この４部屋は友人、学生同士でまとまっての入居はもちろん、一部屋ごとに個別での入居も可能です。ベースメントは静かで広いスペースなので、友人同士やカップル同士の入居にオススメです。
他に、
・ UBC行きを含む複数のバス停が1ブロック圏内（カナダラインをお使いの方も駅まで一本で到着できるバスがでています）、ダウンタウン含め市内どこに行くのも非常に良アクセスです。
・ 閑静な住宅街に位置しますが、小学校や高等学校も決して遠過ぎる訳ではありません。また、カフェやレストラン等も程近くに複数有り。
賃料は入居されたい部屋によって、＄600〜＄800の間となります。ベースメントは＄1500です。部屋は家具付き、賃料はガス、wi-fi込みでのお値段です。お食事も希望する方には、何食かお作りできると思います。部屋のコンディション、デポジットその他ご質問に関しては、御連絡頂いたうえで、お越し頂ける事になった方に対してのお答えとなります。
近い将来売却する事になる家ですので、入居されるかたは短期の居住者募集である事をご了承下さい。ただし売却が決まりましても、移転をお願いするのに
一ヶ月以上の余裕を持ってご連絡致しますので、ご安心ください。
また現時点では４部屋、ベースメントを含めた家一件丸々のレンタルも可能です。ただ、こちらも前述の通り短期間でのレンタルとなるかもしれないとゆう事を踏まえてご検討ください。
いかなる居住者もペット、大規模なパーティや薬物の使用は禁止します。

Our house is located on west 17th and Dunbar. Just half a block away from multiple bus stops - which go directly downtown or to UBC. The canada line is also very easily accessible since one bus takes you direclty to it. It is a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood with an elementary and high school not to far or near by. Even though it is a quiet neighbourhood it is not by any means secluded. There are restaurants, cafes and a few shops near by.
we are renting out 4 rooms in our house and the basement. The rooms can be rented out idividually or for a group of students or friends and the basement would be ideal for either a couple or a few friends since it is quite spacious.
Depending on which room you would like to occupy the rent will range from $600-$800. And the basement is $1500. An amount for damage deposite and any questions or concerns can be discussed once you have established contact with us and arranged for a meeting.
The renting will be short term since the house is in the market for sale and there will be at least a month notice when tenants need to move out.
The house is furnished and the rent includes gas, electricity, wifi and cable. There may be arrangments for some meals to be provided, this can also be discussed during our meeting.
At the moment the whole house can also be rented out but this may not be available for long.
