A large sunny 2 bedroom + den condo on 4th floor (with 15ft ceiling) inside UBC campus, near Hampton place
Renting fully furnished master bedroom (ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet) for the summer :)
Recently built condo, so everything brand new, hardwood floors, granite countertop and a gorgeous high-tech appliance kitchen!
Right by the 41, 43, 480, 25, 33, 49 bus stop (2 minutes walk) or can walk to the campus.
Great for students taking summer courses at UBC or others!
$900/month with everything included (heat, electricity, wireless internet etc.)
--AWESOME price for a master bedroom inside UBC!!!

I am a fun, clean, super-sociable female, currently student at UBC, and I would prefer a female roommate as well! :)

7月1日から8月31日までの間限定でルームシェアできる女性の方を募集しています。場所はＵＢＣキャンパス内。新しくできたばかりのアパートの４階のマスターベッドルームです。家賃は一ヶ月＄９００ですが、交渉もできます！
韓国系カナダ人の彼女はＵＢＣに通う学生なので、英語の勉強にもなると思います。あと早稲田にも一年間交換留学として行っていたので、日本語も少し話せます。
