バンクーバーの数ある高級レストランの中でも、
高い人気と評価を誇るWest Restaurant + Bar。
Thierry、Blue Water Café、Cin Cin、Araxiと同じく、
Top Table Groupによる経営です。

場所はGranville×13th。高級住宅地に隣接しています。
一見すると小ぢんまりとした店構えですが、
中は細長く奥行きのある造りになっていて、
大きな窓から注ぐ光も手伝ってか、狭苦しさは感じません。
一流デザイナーによるモダンな内装も気分を盛り上げてくれます。

入ってすぐにはバーカウンターがあり、
壁一面がワインシェルフになっています。
ワイン関連のAwardも多数受賞していて品揃えも豊富なので、
ディナーのみならず、ワインを嗜みに行くのも楽しそう。

ランチメニューは5種類（Elements、Soup and Salad、Pasta、Large Plates、Sides）。
ディナーは4種類（First Course、Main Course、Elements、Tasting）。
旬のシーフードがベースになっていますが、
各国料理の影響が随所に感じられます。



美味しさは言うまでもありませんが、
他のレストランに比べると量も丁度。
若干お値段は張りますが、
ランチタイムやDineOutを狙って行っても宜しいかと思います。
