Maruko Ramen is seeking an Assistant Ramen Chef for their Downtown location.
F/T; $12.00 per hour; 40 hours per week.
Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for chefs;
- Cook ramen soup bases and ramen bowls;
- Assist Ramen Chefs in cooking duties, cover their meal breaks;
- Supervise kitchen staff and provide some training to new staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of previous experience as an assistant or professional cook
- Japanese language ability is an asset
